[fa icon="plus-square"]How do I transfer my ticket to a friend if I’m unable to make it to the event?

Eventbrite allows you to easily transfer your ticket to someone else, using their full name and email address.

[fa icon="plus-square"]Can I have a volume discount on Tickets?

1. Over 2000 100% discounted tickets have been given away to speakers, volunteers and the media 

2. We have priced the GA tickets as low as possible and can not provide a discount. 

3. Early Bird Tickets were discounted

[fa icon="plus-square"]Is the event recorded/streamed? Are people able to record/stream?

We will record every session and upload the videos to our YouTube channel - NFT.NYC/youtube

We will not be streaming the event this year.

[fa icon="plus-square"]I purchased my ticket with cryptocurrency. What happens next?

Crypto orders are processed via our Shopify backend (you should receiv a confirmation email  when you complete your order).

Your ticket is held for you on Eventbrite (where we reconcile all registrations) and we will issue you a link to complete registration shortly.

Make sure to complete the order on Shopify or you will not get a confirmation email. If you submit your crypto payment but do not complete the order on Shopify, we will have no way to issue your ticket and we will not be providing refunds.

Registration will take place November 2-4 on the Ground Floor at the QEII.

Speakers and VIP ticket holders will have access to the priority line during registration. 

Please ensure that you have the email from Eventbrite that you received upon registering your VIP and Speaker Pass online.

NFT.London 2022 exhibition spaces and programming, including talks, panels, and workshops will be held from 9 - 6 pm on 3 and 4 November.

The opening party is on Thursday, 3 November, 6 - 8 pm at Central Hall (next to the QEII Centre)
[fa icon="plus-square"]When and Where is the VIP & Speaker Dinner?

The VIP and Speaker Dinner is on Wednesday, 2 November, 6 - 8 pm at the QEII Centre, Level 3 - Fleming and Whittle Room.

Yes, on the first floor there is coffee, food and drinks for all attendees. There will also be food and drinks for VIPs and Speakers in the VIP and Speaker Lounge.

NFT.London has teamed up with NFT.Kred to bring a variety of NFT Experiences to London.

This year, all attendees are receiving a Commemorative NFT Ticket Stub and can claim Speaker and Sponsor Swag NFTs.

The Puppy Room will be open from 10 am - 3 pm on Thursday on the 4th floor of the QEII Centre.

[fa icon="plus-square"]How can I apply to be a speaker at NFT.London?

Speaker applications for NFT.London 2022 will close on September 30, 2022.

[fa icon="plus-square"]Is the VIP Speaker ticket good for the conference or should I purchase a General Admission ticket as well?

The VIP Speaker ticket is also valid for entry to the conference.

[fa icon="plus-square"]I’m collaborating on a project with another individual; Do we each need to submit an application?

Each speaker needs to submit a separate speaker application.

[fa icon="plus-square"]Are lodging and travel expenses covered?

NFT.London is a community event. We are committed to including as many great speakers in our programming as possible. With so many speakers, we do not cover travel and lodging expenses.

[fa icon="plus-square"]I am no longer going to be able to attend. What should I do?

If you are no longer able to attend and speak at NFT.London, please let us know immediately so you can be removed from the program.

[fa icon="plus-square"]Can you tell me when I will be speaking?

An initial version of the program will be made available for the public to view in early to mid-October. We will then follow up with approved Speakers to confirm the time and format (Panel or Talk) of their sessions.

[fa icon="plus-square"]What do I receive as a speaker?

1 VIP Speaker Ticket valued at a minimum of £999 (Earlybird pricing). The VIP Speaker Ticket includes an invitation to the VIP and Speaker Dinner at Central Hall Westminister, Daily VIP Lunch and Lounge Networking, Main Stage Priority Access and Seating, and full access to the conference.

Approved Speakers will also featured on the NFT.London Speaker Gallery.

There will be a staff member in an Orange shirt outside of the stage area who can assist you to find your stage. Please check in with the staff member in front of the green room next to your stage.

This is completely up to you and your fellow panelists. Please connect with others in your panel before the conference to determine who in your group will moderate, if needed.

In partnership with NFT.Kred, NFT.London will again be releasing our customary NFT "Swag Bag" to NFT.London 2022 attendees.

The NFT.London NFT Swag Bag helps sponsors, speakers and other partners of NFT.London to share custom NFTs with attendees of the event.

Sponsors and Partners are invited to contribute a special NFT to be shared with the community.

Submissions may be collectible or include a redeemable offer (eg. a discount, download or the ability to schedule a meeting).

After submission the NFT.London team will mint approved NFTs on the Polygon blockchain and share them with the community.

Yes! NFT.London is a community event and committed to creating a great attendee experience. Sponsors who bring their own merch will be able to share with attendees from their Demo Table or the main merch area.

We select speakers from the leading NFT projects in the space. They are selected primarily for their thought-leadership of NFT uses and include individuals from a diverse range of industries such as: startup founders, developers, lawyers, designers, artists, musicians, marketers and more.

[fa icon="plus-square"]Do we still need to submit a Speaker application if our sponsor package includes a talk?

Yes.

If your speaker has not registered or has not provided their speaker information here, your company will not be included in the program. You will still be featured as a sponsor.

The media and press room is located on the second floor of the QEII Centre in the Victoria and Albert rooms.
[fa icon="plus-square"]Am I allowed to record, film, and take pictures of the exhibition spaces and during talks?
Yes, if you were accepted as a member of the media room and have a press pass then you are permitted to record, film and take pictures of the exhibition spaces and talks.

Yes! Attendees will be offered a selection of NFTs from NFT.London and its partners via the "NFT Swag Bag". These will be limited and claimed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
